Bit of 3D

I havent posted any of my 3D stuff on here yet, and since theres no time like the present, here we go.
This is a scene Ive been doing on and off for a fair few months. I just dont seem to have the time anymore for these things.
But anyway, it started as just a church but now Ive decided to expand it into a little village scene:
The majority of the work on the actual church is complete, I just want to pad out the surrounding area with trees, foliage and some grave stones and other ambient objects.
Theres also going to be a river running past the church on the left hand side, with a quaint little bridge crossing over it. Im quite excited to get all this stuff into the scene.

Pretty chuffed with it so far...

That angel took me two days... Christ.

Peace out.

Deviant Art

Ive updated my Deviant art with a whole host of (Mostly Old) work. Check it out yeah?

In other news I'm looking for another Job.
Working as a project engineer has been interesting to say the least, but now that it seems this is coming to an end (what with the current financial climate and all) Im looking to hopefully get something a little more creative.
Its been pretty heartbreaking to come out of uni and not break the Industry that Ive worked so hard to get into, but frankly at the moment anything that requires a little creativity will do.
Fingers crossed for me folks...

Just in time for Wolverine Origins...

Hi all

A quick post of some inks Ive done, Im gonna colour it soon when I get the time.
I was inspired to do this when I found out Gambit was going to be in the new Wolverine film, he's such a great character and Im surprised it's took so long to get him onto the big screen. I just hope its a good interpretation of him.

Quite happy with this one, a few issues with his right leg I think, he looks a little stout. And as usual the drawing has ended up stretching of the page. I think I need to plan these things more effectively from now on.

Cafe Maison

I understand there has been a rather substantial lack of posts on my part over the last year, however I feel the workload from my final year at university and the hectic and somewhat distracting months following this more than justifies my lack of online punctuality... a bit.

So anyway, working on this blog might hopefully give me the motivation to complete a bit more artwork in my spare time, Im also intending on using this for a little bit of relection on life as a means to vent my thoughts and opinions and whatnot. Im hoping to get back into a pattern of regularly updating my blog now my heads a little clearer and I have a little more free time. I also have a nice back catalogue of work which Im intending to post up here from the past year. So that should hopefully get me back into the swing of things.

Here is something Ive done recently for a friend.
The drawing is being used on a menu for her cafe which has only just opened its doors.

As usual there is a lot Id like to change with the drawing, primarily the issues with the perspective. Id contenplated adding some colour to it aswell but alas I decided to keep it simple.

I havent actually been in to the cafe yet to see the finished menu, there's something Ill have to get sorted maybe next weekend.

Ill start of slow, so this is all your getting for the time being. But dont worry Ill be back shortly with some more goodies.
